Ballerina rose*

(Question)

Good morning,

I have been trying in vain to locate the lovely Ballerina rose,
preferably grown in Ontario or another cold-weather province.

I have searched on line and called growers such as Palatine, Hortico, Bakker, and garden centres such as Humber, Plant World, Sheridan, Meadow Acres and many, many more without success. I am perplexed as this rose is on so many ’10 best’ lists and seems to be hardy, repeat blooming and disease resistant – in other words, perfect!

Plant World suggested writing to you – I would be very appreciative of any suggestions you may have for obtaining this rose.

Thanking you in anticipation,

Thank you for contacting the Toronto Master Gardeners.

We don’t recommend nurseries or other commercial establishments. However, the Ballerina rose is listed on the website of Select Roses. Good luck.
