Thank you for contacting the Toronto Master Gardeners with your inquiry.
A quick glance at the Toronto Botanical Gardens website does not show any bosai course being offered this summer. Don’t despair, however, the Toronto Bonsai Society has monthly meeting at the TBG, every second Monday as well as an annual spring show. This year the show will be held at the TBG on May 27th 12-5 and on May 28 from 10-5pm.
They also provide information for beginners. You may wish to contact them for upcoming courses.
