I keep killing Curry Tree plants by keeping roots too wet which leads to Oedema. Can you please detail a soil mix that will help with water drainage.

This sounds like a very pleasant plant; after researching your interesting question, I may have to get a curry tree ( Murraya Koenigii) of my own!
