I used to be able to find these at a local nursery although only in bag form but have been unable to find any source for this that is not in western Canada or the mid west in the US. (I’ve been looking for the last 3-4 years). Please note I do Not mean Cedar mulch. Is this product available in Ontario?? Closet I’ve come is Pine Nuggets but they are even hard to come by except in bag form. and sadly searching on the net keeps pulling mulch.

Having to agree with you that I was also not able to quickly find Cedar Bark Nuggets, but was able to find Fir Bark Nuggets in the Southwest United States as you mentioned.
The Good news is that we have Landscape Ontario website that lists Retailers in your area for instance in my area they list locations or garden centres that sell mulches, stone, etc. gravel, paving stones as well as plants.
As Master Gardeners we do not promote retailers or companies.
