Plant ID – Tree identification from a Toronto garden

(Question)

Hello!

I wondered if you could help me to identify this ground cover /low lying shrub (yellow arrow pointing to them) I have seen and admired on my neighborhood walks.

Thanks very much!

The plant in the photo is an evergreen. The photo is not detailed enough to provide firm identification, but the shrub appears to be a variety of spreading juniper, possibly Mint Julep Juniper, Juniperus × pfitzeriana ‘Mint Julep’ (sometimes described as Juniperus chinensis ‘Mint Julep’).
