I took this picture a while ago when traveling. Sorry that I do not have a better image. I would love to know what the white flowers are in the image if identifiable. Many thanks!

Thank you for contacting Toronto Master Gardeners. Although it isn’t possible from the photo to provide a definitive ID, below are suggestions of what the plant might be. Another option is for you to review the TMG website’s ASK page for plant apps and to provide more information such as location of photo, time of the year, height of plant, climbing vine or stalk form, detail of leaf form and any other pertinent details. Also does the plant have 4 or 5 petals? was it cultivated indoors?
From the photo, the plant appears to be climbing, although that could be the angle of photo. Below are three suggestions:
