I’ve seen quite of few trees in my neighbourhood that are very pretty and would work well in my yard.
Can you tell what the tree is called? I’ve attached a picture.

Unfortunately, I am unable to make out the leaf shape from your photo and therefore it is difficult for me to give an accurate identification. Based on the shape of the tree and the fact that the tree is still holding on to its leaves from last year there are two possibilities. The first is a European beech (Fagus sylvatica ‘ Dawyck’ ), the second possiblility is Pyramidal English Oak (Quercus robur ‘Fastigiata’ )
