Observe your garden carefully and reflect on what works and what doesn’t work. Makes notes and take pictures of your garden so that you can use them to re-fresh your memory when you are thinking about what needs to be done, where colour needs to be added, which plants should be removed because of their prima dona attitude, which plants need additional space, which plants need to be divided. Do this for your vegetable garden as well as your flower gardens.
