Thank you for contacting the Toronto Master Gardeners with your inquiry.

Night blooming jasmine ,Cestrum nocturnum is a member of the  Solanaceae family, also known as the nightshade or potato family. this plant is a  sub-tropical plant that was first discovered growing in the West Indies. In ideal conditions night blooming jasmine grows 2-3 m tall and 91 cm wide and is hardy in zones 9-11.

Toronto Master Gardeners does not recommend retail outlets or stores. I can, however, give you some place to begin your search. My suggestion would be to contact nuseries that specialize in tropical plants.

Landscape Ontario has a list of Nurseries. You should be able to find some near you where you may be able to get information on where they can be purchased.
