Hello! I have had great luck growing cannas from tubers and seed. When can I harvest seeds from my plants? Do I have to wait until they are black and hard like a marble on the plant? Or can I pick them when they are soft? In other words will they harden up once detached? Thank you so much for this wonderful’service

Please note, according to the Royal Horticultural Society in the UK, Canna Lily cultivars do not come true from seed.
