Where can I purchase French tarragon plants?

French Tarragon (Artemisia dracunculus) is an herbaceous perennial, and potted plants have been somewhat difficult to find in the Toronto area, for several years. Their roots systems are very sensitive to both hot, parched temperatures, and chilly wet soil. Many garden centres sell out early in the season. There are hopefully garden centers within your neighbourhood, with helpful websites that will list their plants, or you can contact them directly.
