Is it safe for me go grow vegetables and eat the vegetables that I grow in my garden during Covid 19?

There are numerous personal and environmental benefits to growing and consuming one’s own vegetables, and I am delighted that you are considering doing so.  I am not sure from your question exactly what your safety concern is.  We are not health professionals, and if your concern relates to COVID-19 per se and its transmission, I would recommend that you consult your family doctor.
