I am assisting a friend with a garden cleaning, and they have a large area covered by some plant that I don’t recognize. Can you help me. Someone told me it could be raspberry.

This plant is Aegopodium podagraria, commonly known as goutweed, ground elder or bishop’s weed. It is very invasive and difficult to get rid of once established.
