I planted some kale in my garden earlier this year and for the second year in a row, have noticed this disease on the back of the leaves.
Can you identify what the disease is, how I can get rid of it and advise if I wash thoroughly, are the leaves ok to eat?

We would caution you about eating any infested kale and would suggest that you discard these leaves.
