I’m finding an increasing number of these in the bathroom, which is humid. This photo is on the bathtub.
Does this moth, which I believe is a webbing moth, originate from the garden? If it does, what would I do to minimize the number, since they probably can’t be eliminated? If it doesn’t come from the garden, how do I eliminate them?

The moths that you are referring to do not originate from the garden. They mostly stay in bathrooms and clothes closets. There are various information sources on the internet regarding methods of control. Please try searching on subjects such as “moths in bathrooms” on Google search.
