Night blooming Jasmine (Cestrum nocturnum) is a lovely sub-tropical plant that is not hardy in Toronto or in Ontario.  However, if you are asking whether it would survive outdoors during spring and summer, I think that to be on the safe side you would want to wait until early summer when the days and evenings are reliably warm, and to make sure that it is moved back inside before the cool weather begins at the end of summer.
