Persistent leaf curl on Tomato seedlings

(Question)

Hi. This is the second of two questions about my crop of 24 cherry tomato seedlings that I started from seed on 10 march. One of my plants has shown a persistent upward curl on its leaves. The plant has been growing well and has a thick stem. But each set of new leaves eventually starts to curl up as shown in the picture. This curl seems permanent, unchanged by water or light. The lowest sets of leaves have turned yellow (2 so far) and one set has fallen off. Please see the attached picture. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

Happy to answer Part 2 of your tomato question,

Upward leaf curl is a defence mechanism adopted by the plant…the most common reasons are under watering or too much sun, heat or wind.

The University of Missouri describes it here and suggests some management strategies:

Good luck with your tomato crop this season.
