What wildflower is this?

(Question)

This is a wildflower I saw outside of Uxbridge on June 1st. From a distance it looked like strings of water droplets. Toronto Master Gardeners have never failed to identify any plant I have asked about! Any idea what this one is?
Thank you.

Thank you for your question … and what a lovely plant you have found.  Our team has identified it as being one of two plants.  The first option is Broadleaf Enchanter’s Nightshade, a woodland plant related to Evening Primrose, more information on this plant can be found on the Ontario Wildflowers site here.  It could also be Miterwort and further information can be found here: https://ontariowildflowers.com/main/species.php?id=556
