Hi. I attended a seminar on Apr 8 at Port Union Library. The woman mentioned a program sponsored by the city of Toronto that homeowners could purchase 3 shrubs and/or trees for $100.00. Unfortunately, I forgot to pick up the brochure. Could you please provide me with the information so I may look into this? thanks

The librarian who introduced the speaker mentioned the LEAF program. LEAF is a non-profit organization dedicated to the protection and enhancement of the urban forest.
