We understand that it is very distressing to watch a beloved orchid being devastated by pests. However, it is not legal to use certain insecticides for cosmetic purposes in Ontario. Please get a more definite identification of the pest before you resort to chemicals. We encourage you to write back to us with a photograph of your plant with a clear view of the pests, or with a detailed description of the pest symptoms; then we can properly advise you on the best course of action.
