(Question)
Hi. I love ajuga ‘Burgundy Glow’. But whenever I’ve had it by end of summer it is a tattered mess… the leaves are filled with little holes. Any thoughts on what is eating the leaves and what can I do to stop them?
Thanks.

It looks like you have a slug or snail infestation. They loved thick juicy leaves like those of the ajuga! We have many inquiries about these pests. Here is a comprehensive response we provided to another inquirer. Slug and snail control
The good news is that with this guidance, your ajuga will recover and return in the spring.
